Vision / Mission / Practice

More than
physical.
More than philosophy.

Train the body. Explore what lies deeper.

This is a disciplined open community for men. We build strength, presence, and courage through shared practice, drawing together faith, internal martial-arts training, honest community, and conversations around the inner teachings of Christ.

Vision

A disciplined, open community that builds strength, presence, and courage through shared practice.

Mission

Create a space for men to gather and grow within themselves and into a deeper relationship with God and Christ.

The work / Practice

There is room for training, inquiry, and serious discussion. Bring body, mind, spirit, questions, and community to the work. No prior experience is required—only a willingness to participate.

Attention / The floor

Internal Kung Fu, meditation, and State training give us a direct place to work with attention, tension, courage, and discipline.

Honesty / The conversation

Bring real questions, not performance. Come curious, uncertain, experienced, or ready to begin. No prior martial-arts experience is needed.

Community / Train alongside men who show up

Faith / Training / Community

Training in
practice.

We practise Internal Kung Fu, meditation and State training. But we do not stop at the physical. This gathering also makes room for open, serious discussions around the teachings of Christ.
